Il Neige

I had no blogging inspiration today until Mother Nature served this up. Looks like a good day to stay in and make soup.

what kind of soup Anne?

Debbie: It was the perfect day to make soup (lentil is my favorite homemade one) but it didn't happen today. But the storebought tomato worked out just fine with a fresh baguette, some comte, and a salad!

Fresh baguette and comte... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! On a cold day, with wine. Does life get any better?:)

It is -28 centigrades with the wind factor in Ottawa today. I'd rather be in Paris... (or come to think of it Havana;))

looks like you need to get snow boots....cold and no snow here in toronto....it will come no doubt.

While people in Toronto may like snow, those of us from Florida don't like ti so much. The change from 27C to -5C is rather harsh.
